Themes of art

Sat Aug 29, 2009, 3:44 PM
Many questions that I came up with had to do with what I thought of myself and what others thought of me and why I am the way I am today. For example, one of my questions was, "How does our childhood environment reflect our adulthood?" I then thought how an environment is a space in which people absorb information from, such as: a home, forest, school, playground, museums, and ect. These all affect the way we grow up and form an identity of ourselves. I feel that our environment defines who we are and why we are a certain personality. Everyone's childhood is a big reflection on what our identity turns out being, but its the environment that creates our childhood. In everyone's identity there is a memory, an environment, and an indication of time where we get our ideas, and inspirations from, which then becomes art.
